For some appointments we may ask for a small deposit to secure your slot. If one applies, you’ll see it when booking on Booksy.
No problem — please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. You can manage your appointment directly in Booksy, or give us a call.
Typically around 2–3 weeks, depending on your nails and lifestyle. Book a re-application or infill to keep them looking fresh.
Keep nails moisturised with cuticle oil, wear gloves for cleaning, and avoid using your nails as tools. Pop back for a tidy-up rather than picking at gel — it protects your natural nail.
Reserve a voucher in our online shop and we’ll set it aside. Redeem it in the salon against any service or product. Just say the amount you’d like in the note when reserving.
For now you reserve products and vouchers online and we hold them for you — then arrange collection and payment in the salon. Card checkout and delivery are coming soon.
