We only collect the information you choose to give us through our forms — typically your name, email address and/or phone number, and any message or reservation details you send (for example, the product you’d like to reserve). We do not take card or payment details on this website.
To respond to your enquiry, to hold items you’ve reserved, and to contact you about your request or appointment. Our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before providing a service.
We never sell your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site: Supabase (secure database hosting, located in the EU/Ireland), Resend (to deliver our email), and Cloudflare (website hosting). They process data only on our instructions.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly: it sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites.
We keep your information only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or reservation, and to meet any legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop using it, at any time — just get in touch. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Links to other sites (such as Booksy, Instagram or Facebook) are governed by their own privacy policies.
