Reserving a product or gift voucher on this site is a request to hold an item — it is not a completed sale. We’ll confirm availability and arrange payment and collection in the salon. We may decline or cancel a reservation (for example, if an item is out of stock).
Appointments are booked and managed through Booksy and are subject to Booksy’s terms as well as our salon’s booking, deposit and cancellation policies, which are shown at the time of booking.
Gift vouchers are redeemable in the salon against our services and products. Please treat a voucher like cash — we can’t replace lost or stolen vouchers. Any validity period will be shown when you receive it.
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
